It’s that
time again, the start of the 2011- 2012 Season
of our Cornell Alumni Association of Southwest Florida’s activities. All our presently scheduled activities have
been posted on the Events tab located in the column which appears on the
left side of your screen. Take note,
It’s going to be another busy year.
Our
most popular event, the “Cornell Lunch
Bunch”, will now be
meeting at The Country Club of Naples at 12:00 noon, on the second Thursday of every month,
November through April. The Country
Club of Naples is located at 185 Burning Tree Drive, Naples, Florida 34105,

Our first lunch of the new season will be November 10, 2011. Luncheons are $25.00, tax and tip included, cash bar, credit cards not accepted. Notification of these lunches, announcing our
Guest Speaker, and any other events will be sent by email to all Members. Make
sure we have your most recent email address. For directions to The Country Club of Naples, click the Lunch Bunch tab located in the column which appears on the left side of your screen.
Now is the time to renew your CAASF Membership. A CAASF Membership
Form is included in a PDF form at the end of this page. Please click on PDF,
print the form, complete the requested information, and mail it to the
Association. It
would be most appreciated if you would become a CASSF Supporting Member, please complete the requested information
on the membership form and mail with your supporting check, as well. Our
Association appreciates and needs your support.
Your support allows us to provide the events and programs you have and
are becoming to enjoy.
Thanks
to your continuous generosity in donating to the Cornell Alumni Association of Southwest Florida Scholarship Fund, we
are now providing a scholarship to a deserving local student. However, WE
STILL NEED YOUR HELP ON THIS ONE to reach our fully-funded scholarship
level of $50,000.00, established in 2004. Our present balance is
$47,995.00. Thanks to all of you that
have made this happen and to those of you who will be helping us to continue to
reach our goal.
So,
fill out the CAASF Membership Form
before you forget, and send it off. And
don’t forget a supporting Member ship Contribution, as well as, a
contribution to our CAASF Scholarship Fund .
